I’m Evelyn Hart, principal advisor at Estoriva Realty. My work is grounded in the belief that good guidance starts with listening. Before recommending a property or shaping a sale strategy, I want to understand your priorities, timing and the details that make a place feel right.
I work across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and selected Greater New York communities, helping buyers and sellers navigate the market with a clear plan. From the first conversation to the final paperwork, I focus on practical advice, thoughtful preparation and consistent communication.
Outside of property, I enjoy discovering independent neighborhood businesses, exploring the city on foot and keeping up with the architecture and design details that give each area its character.
